TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ON-LINE ORDERING ONLY
These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website. By accessing this website and/or placing an order as a Registered or Guest customer you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If for any reason you disagree with any of these terms and conditions, you may not use or access this website.

Opening hours 9.00 am - 5.30 pm Monday to Friday.
Please note that I aim to respond to all customer emails within 24 hours, though this can be slightly longer over the weekend, bank holiday periods and peak times.
All orders to be paid immediately of receiving your invoice.
Orders will not be fulfilled unless payment has been received.

4.DELIVERY & COLLECTION
I am now accepting orders.
New procedures have been implemented to enable me to open my on-line store. I am working safely and maintaining social distancing measures to give you access to the products you love.
I am processing your orders as quickly as possible, and currently aiming to have your order delivered to you within 7 - 10 working days.
Delivery is only within Uk Mainland at this time. Please do contact me with your delivery outside of UK Mainland.
Postal areas that are exempt from Standard Delivery include, but are not limited to; BFPO addresses, all areas outside of the UK Mainland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Anglesey, Orkney, Shetland Islands, Scottish Islands and the following post codes: AB, IV, KW, PH, PA20-49 & PA60-78.
Collection of products from my home studio will be done at a safe distance and without contact from myself and my customer.

BESPOKE MADE-TO-ORDER GIFTS & PRODUCTS (NOT INCLUDING BRIDAL FLORALS)
4 TO 8 Weeks lead time - (dependent on product order and stock availability - you will be notified by email on approximate time scale.
Please let me know your date when you require your order.
All bridal floristry is Made-to-Order and requires personal ordering of stock. Please submit your event date and when your products are required by.
5.DELIVERY & FREIGHT
Hermes and parcel force
It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is capable of accepting delivery of the product(s).
Crystal Amor Events will bear no liability to you in respect of any delay or failure to deliver a product due to circumstances beyond our control including, but not limited to delay or failure caused by adverse weather, strikes or transport problems.
Crystal Amor Events reserve the right to change the delivery services, services and/or terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Orders may require a signature to acknowledge delivery. The signature of the person accepting delivery at the delivery address will act as proof that the delivery has been received by you or the person to whom the order is addressed. If nobody is available to accept your delivery, you will receive a card to advise that delivery was attempted and will provide further instruction with regards to retrieving your order or arranging re-delivery.
Please Note - During busy periods, please allow extra handling time. If your order is urgent, please advise dates required so I can prioritise where possible.
Please Note - if you are placing a large order and the weight /volume exceeds the standard delivery criteria on each product, additional charges will be incurred. This will be discussed
with you before your products are dispatched. An email will be sent to you to confirm the additional cost. If contact cannot be made - this may result in your order cancellation.
Are not accepted for unwanted products.
Damaged goods are to be submitted within 24 hours of delivery . An email sent with photographs and submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org
All damaged goods are to be returned by post - Postage fees to be paid by the customer.
A replacement of the original product will be sent once the damaged product has been received back to Crystal Amor Events. (dependent on stock availability) you will be notified via email.
Ownership of goods Title (both legal and equitable) in all goods supplied by Crystal amor events shall remain vested in Crystal Amor Events
and shall not pass to the customer until all monies owing by the customer to Crystal Amor Events on any account whatsoever have been paid in full. Notwithstanding the foregoing, risk in the goods shall pass to the customer on delivery or collection.
OWNERSHIP OF GOODS
Title (both legal and equitable) in all goods supplied by Crystal Amor Events shall remain vested in Crystal Amor Events
and shall not pass to the customer until all monies owing by the customer to Crystal Amor Events on any account whatsoever have been paid in full. Notwithstanding the foregoing, risk in the goods shall pass to the customer on delivery or collection
