Your initial thought is to get as many quotes, ideas and plans in place.  I will respond to your initial inquiry and any questions you have within 48 hours of you contacting me.  

I will endeavour to answer as many questions and supply you with as many facts as I can from your first inquiry by phone or email.

An invoice will be sent via email to you. 

An admin invoice with a charge of £50.00

This is not an extra charge on your event balance but a fee for works carried out up to this point for your event. This will be deducted from your whole event balance once the 14 day cancellation policy has passed. This is non-refundable if you wish not to proceed

with booking my services 

We have now discussed and confirmed all paperwork and contracts

required at the meeting.

At the meeting I will confirm you have a 14 day Cancellation Policy. 

The 25% booking fee

is non-refundable along with the admin fee 

Lets meet at your earliest convenience at either my location or at my consultation venue in Eastbourne. We can have a chat over a coffee, I can listen to your initial wedding ideas and aspirations. I won't hold a time frame as I need to get all your ideas written down.

I promise to give you my honest unbiased advice and I will support you with any challenges along the way.

Once the admin fee has been received your event work book

will be sent to you 

via email along with my Terms & Conditions. 

This will hold your whole event details. 

  This will give you time to go through my Terms & Conditions

& all contracts that will need to be signed on our next appointment. 

Within this 14 day cancellation period I will not order or submit works out that are required for your event. If you are booking my services at short notice please be aware of this. 

Once the 14 day cancellation period has passed then your event can start to be designed and created & your event will become a truly magical reality. 

After our initial meeting I start immediately on your quote. Once this is done you will receive this by email for you to make decisions on.  

We can discuss this in detail if you wish to alter your quote in any way. Once finalised and happy with your

quote we can proceed to booking your event. 

We will arrange to meet up again as soon as possible in order for you

not to loose your event date and my services. We will go through all the paperwork that was sent to you, together. If everything is to your satisfaction we will sign contracts.

A 25% booking fee will be required to be paid at the meeting

to secure your event.

All further balances will be discussed. 

 I will  cover a vast area including Sussex, Kent, Surrey, London, Essex and further afield. 

Covering all types of venues from

barns, statley homes, marquees, tipis, back gardens, country fields and hotels.

Nothing is out of your reach.

To submit your personalised work book. 

This will have your whole event details. From Hire To Personalised Made-To-Order Products along with all event services. Along with your Terms & Conditions Contract & Declaration that have been submitted to you. This is a Non-Refundable charge

VENUE or LOCATION CONSULTATION

If you require a venue or your required location consultation there will be a charge of £25

out side of the 10 mile radius of BN99GG. 

If you wish to go-ahead with booking my services this will be deducted from your 25% Booking Fee.

If you request for my services to source a whole package for your event, Ie Entertainment, Photographer, Marquee etc There will be an admin charge dependent on the amount of work to achieve your events package.

I am happy to organise, guide and be discreet the re-positioning of hire products during your event day & wish to ensure 

the smooth running and positioning of the products.This is to my discretion - length of stay / volume of products being re-positioned.To be discussed and will be included in your quote

A Minimum Charge Of £50.00

Our first 2 consultations are free

at either my location or a base in Eastbourne. To be discussed. Any further appointments thereafter will be a charge per appointment  of £25
